Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Baba Suite. The private steam room and the cold bath were not things we considered when we booked but they were excellent additions. The Baba suite balcony is huge and provides an urban Japanese feel as it looks out at the Big Box mall.
The star of this hotel is the breakfast though. The make your own chirashi bowls was why I booked and it lived up to the hype.
Location is super convenient being just across the street from the JR Yamanote and directly above the Todai subway.

The hotel is quite new and clean. The double room has plenty space for my family of 3. The highlight of the hotel is their buffets breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future.
