Air conditioning was perfect for the hot night! Close to the town centre, was only a 20 minute walk away. Close to a bakery too. The room was clean, shower was hot, pillows were comfy, the receptionist was really nice, and there was a cute cat in the parking lot (parking is right out front and secure behind a gate if you manage to grab a spot)

Nice, quiet location, rather close to the center of the city. Walking distance (25-30min) to the historic center, bus stop at 400m. Simple, clean spacious, air-conditioned apartment with kitchenette. Free parking on site. Communication with the reception before arrival for parking arrangements was very good. Polite and helpful staff The price is OK considering that the parking is free of charge

No elevator. The variety of breakfast options needs improvement There is no 24-hour front desk, as presented in booking com.

Location in quiet area of Maribor but very easy to get to the city center. Rooms are perfect, breakfast excellent.

Nice place to stay in the centre of Maribor. Apartments share the kitchen in the basement. Also the laundry room is present.

We had 3 appts, all three under the roof. Even if there was no too hot weather with sun behind the clouds, all three rooms were really hot. Air conditioning is there, but very near to beds, you cannot use it during the night. Beds are also shortened by the roof, so men of normal height had no chance to sleep comfortably without moving the furniture.
