Wonderful location right in the heart of the old town, just a few minutes’ walk from the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and many other attractions. The apartment is spacious, clean and well-kept. A very lovely and helpful lady took care of everything regarding our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

One thing that could be improved is the bed, which had been repaired and was quite squeaky even with the slightest movement. The pillows were also quite high and uncomfortable for our taste. These are relatively minor issues that could be easily addressed and would make the stay even more comfortable :)

Location is great, very clean, but nobody comes to change the towels. You have all the amenities neede, fridge, wi-fi

The only thing we can say is that tne air conditioning does not work very good. On 17 degrees and was still hot in the room. Outside temperature was very hot as well so that can be a problem.

The whole room was very good and very clean and great location near everything in town.

The stairs that leads to it. There should be an indication that there are very steep stairs and its very narrow. I have a surgery done in my hand not long ago and I was forced to carry all the big suitcases on one hand and it is very narrow that you have a tendancy to injure yourself while carrying.

It was very basic but clean and functional right in central Firenza. If noise is a problem for you go to a 5 star hotel
