このアパートメント について
A three-bedroom apartment in Condado, San Juan, with a private balcony, kitchen, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The separate bedrooms and living area give your group room to settle in near local restaurants and the beach.
The space

• Private balcony with seating
• Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and cookware
• Living and dining areas, TV and a workspace
• Air conditioning and room-darkening shades
Good to know
Stairs are required to access the apartment. Paid on-site parking is subject to availability. Laundry facilities in the building are shared and paid, rather than a private washer and dryer in the apartment. Please let us know before booking if you need a travel crib or will bring a pet. Review the house rules and common-area camera disclosures before your stay.
HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property or on the
balconies. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and marijuana.
2. Guests are not allowed to bring any illegal drugs onto the property.
3. No loud noise or music is allowed after 10:00 PM.
4. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
5. No parties or events are allowed on the property without prior
permission from the host.
6. Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported to the
host immediately.
7. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as it was when
they arrived. This includes washing dishes and taking out the trash.
8. No pets are allowed on the property without prior permission from the
host.
9. Guests must respect the privacy and personal property of other guests
on the property.
10. No illegal activities are allowed on the property.
11. No candles or open flames are allowed on the property.
12. Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
13. No items may be removed from the property without permission from
the host.
14. Guests must follow any instructions or rules provided by the host or
property management.
15. Any lost or found items must be reported to the host.
16. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.
17. No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the property.
18. The property must be used only for lawful purposes.
19. Guests must turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances when leaving
the property.
20. No food or drink is allowed in the bedrooms.
21. Guests must not rearrange or move any furniture or fixtures in the
property.
22. No swimming or sunbathing is allowed on the roof of the property.
23. Guests must immediately report any suspicious activity or persons on
the property to the host or property management.
24. No smoking is allowed in the common areas or public spaces around the
building.
25. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables.
26. The maximum number of guests allowed in each condo is as stated in
the listing, and must not be exceeded.
27. All guests must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a
parent or legal guardian.
28. Any complaints or issues with the property or other guests must be
reported to the host or property management immediately.
29. Guests need to turn off the air conditioners when they`re leaving the
premises.
30. Guests with pets must clean up after their animals.

I highly recommend staying at this VRBO. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The space itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the attention to detail in the decor. The location was perfect. Definitely would come back again. I’m

On the positive side, The place is big, comfy beds, close to restaurants, grocery and a 1 mins walk to the beach. The second and third bedroom have no dressers and no place for luggage. You are living out of your suitcase. There where no forks, broken coffee machine no hand towel or tea towels, but they quickly corrected these issues. The bathroom was not cleaned before we arrive and there was mold on the walls and ceiling. They did slap some paint on the walls on one of our excursion days. One of the couches is broken and not fixed in the 2 weeks we were there. The oven is hanging out of the wall and you can’t open some of the drawers because of it.
If these issue could be addressed this could be a good place!
