Due to the located on a dirt mountain road, road conditions can vary, and unfortunately, we do not have control over ruts that develop or the timing of county road maintenance. For this reason, our listing does require a 4WD vehicle.

The gravel road and the driveway to the house are plowed when it snows 6 inches or more. Snow plowing times are not guaranteed.
