The property seems a little older with tiles falling in places that may not get visited too often but not in the main areas or on my floor. However, the roof could be missing, and I would still go back because the staff is sooo amazing from front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast crew. Shout out to Alyssa (front desk), new guy Marco and his trainer (dining room) ...sorry I can't remember his name, but he made sure to put cheese on my grits every morning...lol. The coffee bar in the lobby is a nice addition. The gift shop came in a clutch for the random scissors I needed, and the prices are not ridiculous. The location is great. There is plenty to do if you decide not to visit the parks that day. Thanks for the incredible experience! We will be back soon.
