Our villa EVA without vis-à-vis is quietly located in the private domain of Carpalone.
Only a few minutes from Porto-Vecchio and its most beautiful beaches (St Cyprien, Cala Rossa, Santa Giulia...). Marina di Fiori 800 m. Restaurant and shops 650 m.
The villa offers you an ideal setting for a relaxing and successful holiday!
Built on 2 fully air-conditioned floors.
The first floor offers a large, bright and elegant living room, dining room, a kitchen all opening onto large terraces facing the pool and its outdoor dining area.
1 bedroom, 1 shower room and WC.
On the garden level, you will find 3 bedrooms, one of which is independent to the villa.
1 shower room and 1 toilet.
Bedding: 1 bed in 180, 3 beds in 160.
The exteriors offer a perfect setting to relax after a day spent exploring the area.
You will be quiet and can spend sunny days installed on the deckchairs around the private swimming pool heated in low season (8 x 4) and secured by a roller shutter.
Its relaxation area facing the pool will seduce you, ideal for aperitifs and barbecues after a day at the beach...!
You can enjoy a table tennis table and a petanque court at your disposal.
Private parking.

Linen, beds prepared on arrival and welcome basket.

We recently stayed at Eva House, and it was a great experience for our two families with four kids. The location is very convenient, just 5 minutes from the center of Porto Vecchio in a gated community, making it easy to explore the area.The nearby restaurant, served delicious food and good pizza. The area is quiet and peaceful, with no traffic noise, allowing us to relax fully.The house itself was comfortable and stylish. The furniture was of good quality, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming. We also loved the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking simple.The heated swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, providing hours of fun for everyone.Overall, Eva House is an excellent choice for families looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. We highly recommend it and would definitely return!
