The apartment is beautiful and very new. The location is excellent.
The building itself is going through some renovations it seems, so the pool was closed on weekdays and the gym was also closed a couple of days.

The flat was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. It felt very secure, and was in an incredible location with lots of restaurants and stores.
Knowing that I was visiting during the rainy season, I specifically chose this property because of the access to the pool and the very beautiful outdoor area to use when the beach wasn’t accessible. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the pool would be closed through the entirety of my stay. I had I known this, I would have chosen a much cheaper alternative flat nearby.
