Villa Rosalinda, in addition to the exceptional view of the Gulf of Pinarello and its Genoese tower, is fully air-conditioned, each equipped with a swimming pool maintained at least 26°C and direct access to the beaches which are about 250m from the Clos. Children can go up and down the beach on their own, the small road that is even there is a very little frequented cul-de-sac.

In addition to the comfort of the air conditioning you will be delighted with the interior of the house, practical and functional, safe for children. All our rooms are equipped with bathroom/toilet. The property is fully fenced, the villa has its car access and independent parking.
