As soon as you walk into this roomy house you will feel like you are at the beach. There is plenty to do within walking distance, including rock and beach fishing, local beach and bush walks and a small dairy and cafe. The beach has lifeguards on duty during the summer but when the surf gets up too much, the spa and pool complex a short walk away is a great alternative, especially if you have children. 10 minutes drive to Whangamata where there is a supermarket and many eating places to choose from.
Special conditions: No smoking or animals please.
This property is definitely only suitable for family groups. 14 people are permitted to stay at one time, including children over two years old.
A portacot is available at no extra cost on request.
Extras: Cleaning (NZ$150.00 per stay)
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)

House is great for a group of people. The location is fabulous and the view is amazing. The host was very easy to communicate with. Would recommend this house.

Great experience for the whole family. Amazing house and location. Amazing views. Host communication and house was fantastic. Would love to stay and do it again next year. Thanks so much.

This house was an ideal bach for our big family . The lounge downstairs key the kids entertained the location near the beach and with use of the community swimming pool was excellent . We had a great stay and would recommend this place highly with unbelievable views .
