Lovely , very clean apartment within easy walking distance of Brasov Historic Centre and good base for visiting Bran , Prejmer etc if you have a car . We stayed 4 nights and found everything fine - especially liked lounge, kitchen and spacious bedrooms , 2 Balconies , with a spare toilet being very convenient . The Heating worked magnificently and you can adjust temp by a control in the lounge . Plenty of towels etc. We found access by car was initially quite complicated because we arrived on a Sunday so there were a lot of cars parked on Ecaterina Varga and side street and hard to know which is the turnoff - but once you know what to do /how to get there , it was fine. If arriving on a weekend best to arrive by about 4-5 pm latest . The Host was however very helpful with everything including final directions and we appreciated it very much.

The Bathtub rather than a walk in shower or shower cubicle was the only thing we didnt like ( otherwise would be 9.5-10) . At least suggest to put a fixed shower on the wall ( using Bathtub and a curtain railing ) - its hard to avoid spill over without shutting the shower head down so you have a bit of an on - off shower.

The apartment is very spacious and exceptionally clean. It’s in a great location, very close to the Old Town — although the walk back is short, the uphill climb is quite steep! The private parking is extremely convenient, which is a huge plus. The host is absolutely lovely, very friendly, and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay!

There are a few things that could be improved. There is a steep flight of stairs at the entrance, which made carrying our luggage up quite difficult. The blinds don’t block out the light very well, so the morning light woke us up quite early. We also found the bathtub a little uncomfortable to use.

The house was quite clean, the bedrooms were large and spacious with comfortable beds, and the neighborhood was very quiet. There was also the possibility to park our car in the courtyard.

Check-in was very stressful and problematic: after the booking was confirmed, we received no instructions at all, nor were there any details in the reservation. The host was completely unresponsive, ignoring our messages and calls for two hours. We honestly thought we would have to look for another place to stay. Fortunately, right as we arrived at the house, the host finally answered the phone and we managed to check in. Another inconvenience was that the city tax was not included in the total booking price, which caused issues with money transfer. In the bathroom, the bathtub was very small and awkward to use.

The location is excellent, very close to the old town. Spacious apartment in a quiet area. Parking space provided in the inner courtyard.
