It was very convenient. Close from the station and necessary shops such as convenience and grocery stores too. Great for airport travel too.
Would've been better if there were more bath towels and toilet paper rolls readily available.

駅から近いのでよかったです！
着いたらテレビ電話という事だったんですけど、着信はあるのに出るボタンが探せませんでした。もう少し分かりやすいものだと助かります

The location was only a few stops away from Haneda airport station, a few steps away from Otorii station and surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, and many other shops. They had everything we needed in the room, an electric stove, kitchen utensils, dishes, cups, a fridge, a washing machine, laundry detergent, a hair dryer, towels, a TV and even a vacuum cleaner. We really had a wonderful experience and definitely want to come back when we visit Tokyo next time. Thanks a lot!

Spacious and well located
The beds are not comfortable and will give you back pain. Not good quality mattress
