The flat is quite large and has everything in it. It was extremely clean and well equipped.
I got a comprehensive message about 2 hours before arrival with the key box code etc.. so access was no problem at all. The flat is about 6 to 8 minutes by foot from the town centre and also from the football stadium!
all was good

Much bigger than I anticipated, parking directly outside the property, had everything I needed in there and round the corner from some shops and restaurants, only a short walk into town. No complaints whatsoever.
