Apartamento bom em local agradável e próximo ao centro histórico. Estava tudo limpo e muito bem arrumado. Havia uma pequena varanda onde pudemos sentar e relaxar tomando um bom vinho a noite. O local também é próximo de restaurantes, lanchonetes e supermercados.
O processo de pegar as chaves foi um pouco complicado, mas o proprietário foi solícito e nos ajudou com isso... Não entendemos como funcionava o estacionamento e onde inserir o cartão para não pagarmos a diária... enfim, na saída, tivemos que pagar o estacionamento.

El apartamento es comodo y bien comunicado. Esta justo sobre el centro comercial. Las indicaciones para llegar son muy claras.

Self check-in, proprietaria molto disponibile e appartamento molto bello e ben attrezzato. 15 min a piedi dal centro e molto comodo il parcheggio nel garage sotterraneo, buone le istruzioni della proprietaria con video e codici per il ritiro delle chiavi, ingresso nel parcheggio e ingresso nella struttura.
L'unica pecca è che prima di entrare in casa bisogna ritirare la tessera dell'abbonamento nella cassetta di sicurezza dell'appartamento (serve il codice che fornisce la proprietaria) però è molto difficile parcheggiare li fuori per poter andare a casa, noi fortunatamente eravamo in più persone quindi ci siamo divisi. Stessa cosa per la riconsegna.
Ovviamente questo non dipende dalla struttura però è da tenere in considerazione se qualcuno viaggia da solo.

The location is convenient, around a 15-minute walk from the city centre, and the area itself is quiet. The instructions for check-in and parking were also clear and detailed.
Unfortunately, the apartment itself is in serious need of renovation. The level of cleanliness was below what I would normally expect, the furniture and appliances are old, and there is very little attention to detail. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning: with temperatures around 36°C, the apartment felt like a sauna, even during the night.
Overall, despite the good location and clear check-in instructions, the accommodation was disappointing and I would not stay here again.
