セジュール＆アフェール モントルイユ サン マンデ

Very nice staff, clean location, and very nice neighbourhood.

Not taking the trash for the entire stay, and a little disturbing that for a 4 nights stay you don’t get the towels changed at least once.

Language barrier but we got a solution to the problem

Not too far from the train station of St Mandé and had good restaurants and supermarkets in the neighbourhood

The first night we got there after check-in time and were surprised to find a much older and dated room than we had booked. The next morning when I went to check in they told us we could move to the room we booked as they needed the apartment we had been given- i.e. they didn’t have our room available for our booking period and stuck us in a ramshackle room at the same rate with no apologies! Worst part is there is no care in looking after guests- there is dust in obvious places, even the modern rooms seem sort of haphazardly slapped together, no safe and no hairdryer…. Just a place without even a hint of customer service or care.
