We arrived early, the room wasn’t ready and checked in later. We splurged (short stay) and were in room 102, Presidential Suite, with a narrow balcony and view of the square. You get to the room via an elevator, room key swipe to use and only rooms 101 and 102 in the area. The room has 10-or 12-foot ceilings so feels a bit cavernous. Entrance area, toilet, large sitting room with table 4 chairs, work desk, chair, large TV, 2 couches, 1 sitting chair coffee table, laminate floors, ample light, giant window with square view, fridge (mini-bar), coffee/tea, kettle. In the bedroom, king bed, 2 large, 2 smaller pillow, bathroom had big tub, bidet, towel heaters, large shower, 2 sinks, all good. Bathrobes tucked away in cupboard. Big TV in sitting room and smaller one in bedroom (no English channels). Wifi worked well. Large breakfast buffet included in the room price with a bit of everything, all good. Friendly staff, very well managed, everything replenished as needed, the staff did a great job looking after the diners. Several restaurants nearby around the square, bus stops nearby, McDonalds and shopping 5-10 minute walk toward the train station. Overall, good place to stay.

Nothing-all good!

Hotel Zvon is a very gracious and elegant historic hotel. Our apartment had a magnificent view over the large and beautiful main square. Being so central it was easy to explore the historic centre of the city on foot. The included breakfast was excellent with a generous buffet of cold and hot dishes.

Unfortunately it was difficult to step safely into the deep bath to use the shower as the only entry point into the bath sloped steeply.

Great location, beautiful and spacious room, great breakfast and very friendly staff who helped organize flowers to the room in secret!

Location is good, although my room didn't overlook the central square

Initially offered an inferior room, with beams so low that you hit your head, and no tea and coffee facilities which I had paid for, only changed the room when I came down and complained. Adjoining restaurant unhelpful so didn't stay. Breakfast mediocre - not sure how they can rate this as 4*.
