このアパートメント について
This gorgeous, light-filled vacation apartment in Passau is located in a two-family home in the Grubweg neighborhood and features modern, high-quality furnishings with great attention to detail.
The 70-square-meter apartment, which has its own entrance, features a very large living-kitchen-dining area, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a natural wood bed (180 wide).
Everyone who steps into this bright loft is captivated by its unique design and the high, airy ceilings… you’ll feel right at home immediately.
The accommodation
Large living-kitchen-dining area with hardwood floors and a ceiling height of approx. 3.5 m, large 3-seater and 2-seater leather sofas, fully equipped high-quality modern kitchen with refrigerator, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, and toaster. Dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc., are provided.
Large table with 4 chairs, cozy reading nook with an armchair, bathroom with shower, toilet, and bathroom cabinet, and a bedroom with a very comfortable natural wood bed. Bedding, towels, a hair dryer, and essential bathroom amenities are provided.
Guest access
A wooden walkway (3 steps total) leads from the street to this gorgeous apartment with a private entrance (not wheelchair accessible). It is available exclusively to our guests.
Additional important information
The apartment is equipped with a key safe, so you can arrive at any time without worry. You can park for free along the street in front of the house; the city bus stop is about 150 m away. The city bus runs to the city center every half hour. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Passau’s Old Town (suspension bridge); you should take the bus back home, as the route goes uphill. By car, it takes about 8 minutes to reach the city center (ZOB).
Very close to the apartment, you’ll find a bakery and a very well-stocked Edeka supermarket, both easily accessible on foot.
It’s also just a 10-minute drive to the beautiful “Oberilzmühle” nature reserve with its swimming lake and the Ilz hiking trail. This apartment is perfect, especially for trips to the Bavarian Forest. You’re close to the city, don’t have to look for a parking spot, and can reach the Bavarian Forest Nature Park very quickly (e.g., to Freyung in about 30 minutes).
