Catherine/Katherine was very friendly, professional, and courteous. She answered all our questions clearly and made sure we had all the help and information we needed. Excellent customer service.

Clean and the facilities were very good
There’s nothing that I personally didn’t like

Variety of restaurants and room size
Too expensive for what is offered with the stay.
Sportcenter without conditions and mixed with laundry area. No ventilation, water etc.
Only access to the o swimming pool, for what we payed not enough …
Room not really well maintained but ok
