This cozy apartment for two people is located exactly 100 steps from Saint Mark\'s square! The entrance is independent and in a very quiet street. Air conditioning and fast internet WiFi.

Easily accessible from the airport, railway station and Piazzale Roma thanks to its proximity to the San Marco waterbus stop, the apartment is located in a quiet street away from the crowds.

The apartment is located in a hidden street, just behind Saint Mark\'s square, which is why it is very quiet and peaceful despite its super central location.
The entrance is independent. You will enjoy maximum privacy.
The apartment is equipped to live in and consists of:
- living room with table, 4 chairs, sofa and fully equipped kitchen (stove and oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine, etc.)
- bedroom with double bed, smart TV, mirror and wardrobe. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door
- The bathroom is small but functional: it has been completely renovated

We loved the experience and how close everything was from the apartment. The host had a team ready to explain everything and answer any questions. They responded quickly with follow up questions. I will recommend to all a great place to stay in Venice for a more local feel. So glad we found such a wonderful place to experience Venice for the first time.

Beautiful location, wonderful house, and the hosts were absolutely wonderful. They provided us with a map of all their favorite restaurants and each one was better than the last!
