A single-storey family home, fully air-conditioned, located in Tagliu Rossu, with a large heated swimming pool (guaranteed temperature of 26 degrees).
A fenced plot of land, within a private estate, at the foot of the Cavu valley.
You are close to the most beautiful sandy beaches, including Pinarellu and Fautéa (5 minutes by car).
Proximity to the river for cool swimming.
Mountain view.
The accommodations are fully air-conditioned.
The house is 125m2 and consists of:
- an entrance
- a large air-conditioned living-dining room: table + chairs, sofa and armchairs, 50-inch TV with TV applications and ORANGE TV decoder, bluetooth speaker
- a large fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen with dining area: table + chairs, oven, hob, hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, SENSEO coffee maker, NESPRESSO coffee maker + TV sofa area with TV and TV applications
- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 of which is adjoining): CHB 1: double bed 140x190, CHB 2: double bed 140x190, CHB 3: double bed 140x190, CHB 4: 2 single beds 80x190 with the possibility of joining them completely to make 1 double bed 160x190
- 1 bathroom: washbasin, shower cubicle 90x110, WC
- 1 bathroom: washbasin, 160x70 bath, WC
The swimming pool is heated (guaranteed temperature of 26 degrees) and private and measures 8m x 4m, with a large deck.
You can relax on the edge thanks to the sunbeds and the parasol on a 250m2 terrace.
A private annex building with a washing machine and dryer is at your disposal
Fireplace.
(The sofa is non-convertible)
Traveler Access:
Outside: a plot of about 3100m2 partly grassed, large furnished terrace of 250m2 with shaded dining area under arbour and wood barbecue.
Other notes:
Fiber internet box available (phone calls, wifi)
Orange GSM network in 4G on the property.
Telephone communications are also possible thanks to the fibre internet box (wifi calls)
Parking for 2 spaces.

We had a really great time. The house and garden are fine, seems a little bit like a work in progress but the terrace and pool are super! The location is perfect to explore all the pretty beaches, nice restaurants, Porto Vecchio and don’t forget the river nearby. It was our first visit to Corsica but we will definitely return!

An amazing pool and deck area - huge - among the oak bark trees so shade, sun and pool - perfect
Well setup inside with a good size lounge - great views up the valley- totally recommend you stay here
