Our Dorfstadl apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our newly built residential building. As the name suggests, the apartment is situated on one side of the building and offers a beautiful view of the center of our village, Söll—above the rooftops of Söll, so to speak.
In this apartment, you can enjoy the stunning sunset against the beautiful backdrop of the village.
It offers plenty of space—approximately 70 m²—to meet all your needs. The entryway features a spacious coat closet with ample storage. From there, you’ll enter the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a natural wood vanity with a towel warmer.
From the entryway, you’ll also pass through the kitchen, which offers a beautiful view of the village—an ideal spot to whip up delicious meals while enjoying the stunning scenery.
The centerpiece of the apartment is the large dining table, which invites you to relax and linger. At the back of the living area is the cozy corner. A spacious corner sofa with cushions and cozy blankets simply invites you to relax.
From there, you can access the two bedrooms. Both are equipped with solid wood double beds or a triple-bed system and closets.
We’ve used plenty of natural materials like wood and stone throughout the house to create that special cozy atmosphere.



Mühlbichl Farm Apartments
As the name suggests, our newly built Mühlbichl farm is situated on a “Bichl” (hill), close to the town center in a very sunny and quiet location against the beautiful backdrop of the Wilder Kaiser.
The town center and the nearest shopping options are just a 5-minute walk away.
Nestled in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains—the Wilder Kaiser, the Hohe Salve, and the Pölvengebirge—our farm serves as a central starting point for numerous hiking trails.
And even in winter, you can catch the ski bus right from our driveway, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing, car-free ski vacation.
Our farm has plenty to offer our young guests in both summer and winter. We run a hay-fed dairy farm with a free-stall barn and our own calf-rearing program. Watching the daily work we do on our farm fills many a child’s eyes with wonder.
Goats, cats, and chickens round out our farm’s animal family. They love getting a little pet now and then.
Upon arriving at the farm, you’ll find designated parking spaces next to the entrance to our apartments. There you’ll find a spacious, lockable ski room equipped with a ski boot dryer, a coat rack, ski racks, and a bench. This space can also be used in the summer to store and lock away hiking boots, bicycles, and e-bikes for charging. In the ground-floor entrance area, you’ll find all kinds of informational materials in an old box, along with a restroom and the entrance to our elevator.
You can reach our apartments via our spacious, bright stairwell, which is decorated with vintage items, or simply and conveniently by taking the passenger elevator.

From there, you can access our Kaiserstadl and Dorfstadl apartments. Both are furnished with great attention to detail and offer a relaxing vacation in a cozy atmosphere.
An ideal place for young and old alike to unwind from everyday life, enjoy the peace and quiet, and experience the best days of the year.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 9:00 AM.
