All amenities are in excellent condition, and the owner is consistently attentive. The location is perfect, with just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the main street.

Good location, within walking distance to “Centro Cívico” square and Mitre street restaurants and stores. Great cafès two blocks away. Supermarket 3 blocks away. Comfy place, good heating, a great view of the lake and snow-capped mountains. Quiet, clean building.
