The apartment is spacious with a livingroom with an extendeble sofa, a bedroom with a very big double bed, a chitchen, a bathroom and a big balcony, situated at the second floor in a biulding of apartments. We also like that we had free parking for our car in front of the building, on the street.

We didn't like that everything in the apartment is very old (furniture, facility in the chitchen and in the bathroom look that its were used a very long time by many people). Also, the apartment wasn't cleaned enough (there was dust everywhere on the furniture). Also, we didn't like the comunication with the owner (we had to send several messages and finnaly to call the owner after the check-in hour to receive the code for self check-in). Insted, the owner send us messages at the check-out to ask us things that there are normaly made by him/her or by the cleaning service after the check-out, like to wash the dishes, to take ouț the trash, to open the windows, etc. It was cold in the apartment and the heater was turned off. We also had to buy things that there are normally provided by the owner, like toillet paper (we had only one for our family with 2 children for 4 days), chitchen sponge for washing the dishes, liquid soup, chitchen towel, etc.) The light in the livingroom wasn't working. The propriety is situated far from Verona old town (about 3 km.).
