Quite comfortable stay, I would certainly recommend it. Very clean and tidy. Good location.

The location is so calm and quite. It’s very well-connected with the main attractions. Additionally, the cleanliness of the apartment was on a good level.

The only minor upgrade to improve the experience would have been to solve the appearance of the sofa in the dining room. I guess that was the only thing that refrained me to put the max point on the review. For the rest, I would love to be back again.

A bit out of town BUT a nice place to stay

The host was incredibly responsive prior to the stay - with any questions I had. The apt looked like the photos. The beds were both comfortable. Easy to take the #24 bus into town and back. Great having a washing machine. The kitchen was efficient. Quiet and secure

No bug screens on the windows. The shower has a tile ramp into it - dicey getting out for older folks.

A great apartment if you're looking for something clean, spacious and comfortable.

The apartment was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. As there were 3 of us and we were there for 5 nights and 4 days, we really appreciated that we could spread out and that there was an outdoor patio, washing machine, dishwasher - and air conditioning! There were lots of cupboards with hangers, and a good sized bathroom with a separate toilet (also handy with 3 people!) We also liked the door on the kitchen as it created some peace and quiet for my nephew who slept in the living room. Jeremy was very responsive, and flexible about our meeting time as our train was running late and I had to adjust our arrival time. The apartment is a one minute walk from the #24 bus stops and about a 15 minute walk to the #8 metro so there are different options for public transportation.

Something for others to be aware of: There isn't much in the immediate area other than the grocery store, one cafe and a few random shops in the mall. As I wanted an apartment with certain amenities and spaciousness, I knew we were going to have to be a bit farther out and beyond the periphery road. However, I thought there would be more to do in the local area. Others will have to decide if that's important to them.

Loved my stay in Bercy and using the flat as a base to see Paris

Nice complex only a short bus or metro journey from centre.
