The newly renovated, modernly furnished, and fully equipped Apartment 4 "Hecht" measures 95 m², is located on the 2nd floor of the building, and features:

- a living room with a sofa and TV
- three bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200)
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x200)
- a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, toaster, electric kettle, and dining area
- two bathrooms with shower and toilet

During your stay, you can expect:
- free Wi-Fi in the apartment
