L’appartement était classe et bien équipé, proche du centre ville!

L’insonorisation est très perfectible avec des bruits de circulation constants durant la nuit! Peut-être que les stores manquants permettraient de couper un peu le bruit!

This is our favorite accommodation during our 2 week trip in Croatia. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. There is an elevator to access the unit which is on the top floor of the building. The roof-top jacuzzi is a treat. The pantry is well stocked, including a selection of tea and coffee. The location is convenient; walking distance to the old town and there is a mall across the street.

A nice two bedroom apartment with parking included. The apartment is modern, safe and clean in general, which is about 10-minute walking away from Zadar Old Town. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. Highly recommended.

The sink in one of the bathrooms had some odor that should have been taken care of for renting purposes.

The location is perfect, the mall is across from the house with cafes, restaurants, shops. The jacuzzi and the rooftop terrace were amazing extras.

Although the accommodation was stylish and looked very impressive at first glance, it unfortunately had several shortcomings that were disappointing. The blackout blind in one of the bedrooms did not work, the coffee machine was also out of order (and we bought capsules beforehand as we did not know that it’s not working), and one of the bathrooms had a sewage smell. The cleaning was not very thorough either, as we found several hairs on the wooden floor and on the sofa when we arrived.
