In Cavalaire-sur-Mer, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 40 m² air-conditioned apartment with swimming pool, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
- 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×180)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A 6m² balcony with furniture to enjoy fine weather
Communal area:
- A swimming pool (unheated) shared by the residence and open from April to October (dates non-contractual and subject to change by the residence).
The apartment is ideally located in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Cavalaire-sur-Mer town center 10 minutes' walk (beaches, shops, restaurants, etc.)
- St Tropez 18 km (famous Pampelonne beach)
- La Croix Valmer 6 km (D-Day beaches and Gigaro beaches Le Cap Lardier with coastal paths)
- Hilltop villages: Gassin 11 km, Ramatuelle 13 km, Grimaud 18 km
Transportation:
- You can park directly in the apartment's garage and private underground parking lot.
- Nearest train station: Hyères, approx. 1h by car
