Good location, easy to find from the train station. Helpful staff both before arrival and during the stay. Comfortable bed, good facilities, and very quiet.
No negatives.

there was a lot of space in the room, the bed was comfortable, the owner was very kind and the location was great.
the shower water was a little hard to adjust to the correct temperature and it kept changing, the location is accessible but is also a little bit sketchy.
