Can't beat the location in the heart of the old city. Great restaurant next door, two- minute walk to Diocletian's Palace. Nice & quiet. Be sure to accept property's offer of transfer from the airport otherwise would be very difficult to find the place!
One bedroom has no AC at all. Living room couches can be used, but that's not optimal when there is a full bedroom there. Also come a third floor location means hauling on suitcases - worth it though, for the location.

No hand soap in bathrooms. Many stairs to reach the apartment.

Location great, although if you're coming in with heavy suitcases, you're going to need to carry the across the little cobblestones and up 2 flights of stairs.
If you're charging someone $900 + for 2 nights then have some Nice toiletries, maybe some basic snacks in the fridge/water etc. I would have appreciated having body wash on hand and a towel in the bathroom, and maybe some toothpaste out. I think they could invest in better pillows and some nicer mattresses.
