Beautiful apartment with carefully designed interiors, just a stone's throw from via del Pratello and a 5-minute walk from the city centre.
The house is located on the third floor of a building without a lift and is spread over two levels.
The living area consists of a lounge with dining table, a TV area with two sofas and a double sofa bed, and a fitted kitchen with an additional dining table. Followed by a bedroom with a double bed and three bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub. Some wooden and iron stairs lead to the mezzanine where there is a double bed and a room with a single bed.
*The apartment is located in a ZTL zone, we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, payment of a tourist tax may be requested, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all information relating to your booking within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Bologna, known as the Dotta because it is home to the oldest University in the Western world, the Grassa for its culinary and wine excellence and the Rossa for the colour that characterises the historic centre, is a marvellous city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul resides in the medieval historic centre, which is among the most extensive in Europe and rich in taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historic centre you will find Piazza Maggiore where the charm of medieval palaces combines perfectly with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. The house is spacious and well equipped! The location is perfect, very central and near some really lovely bars and cafes. Check in and arrival was easy!

Our group of 6 loved our stay in this apartment. There were a lot of stairs to climb but it was easily worth it, we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Luciano was very helpful and friendly and we had a great time! There is construction outside the apartment (as of May 2025) but we were able to cover most of it up with a white noise machine. Bologna was such a wonderful city and we loved this apartment!

We enjoyed our stay and thought location was very good. The property was good although open plan layout should have been made clear as we were traveling with young children who need closed off sleeping areas and two of the beds with effectively in the main living area. Toilet in shower room was leaking and shower drain blocked in addition both bathrooms downstairs were quite smelly. Overall a decent property in a good location close to cafes and restaurants and tourist spots and with bus stop directly outside.
