Large apartment in a farmhouse with two double bedrooms, one of which has an additional sleeper sofa, a spacious kitchen-living room with a dining table, a tiled stove, and another sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped—everything from an oven and microwave to a dishwasher is included. There’s also a coffee maker. Every room has a cable TV.



The house, run by the Lettner family, was built in 1968 and has been renovated and expanded several times over the years.

We offer our guests a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere at 1,100 meters above sea level, overlooking the beautiful mountain town of Schladming, nestled in the Planai on the Fastenberg.
The timelessly designed wellness area invites you to relax in winter and lets you forget the stresses of everyday life. We’d be happy to treat you to our regional and varied breakfast buffet.​
Since the Posers Bergwelt is located right on the slopes and directly next to the Fastenberg Bahn (6-person chairlift), you can hit the slopes without a car. .

But summer is also very close to our hearts; the Schladming-Dachstein leisure region offers countless opportunities for an active vacation or simply to enjoy the wonderful views.

At the outdoor pool or on the magnificent sun terrace, you can also just relax and unwind. Meanwhile, the kids can run around on the playground or pet the rabbits and guinea pigs.

For those who love to be active, there are countless hiking trails, as well as mountain and bike tours; for thrill-seekers, there’s downhill biking, rafting, via ferrata, paragliding, and much more. ​
