Leuke locatie, een lichtrijk en ruim appartement met alle nodige faciliteiten om ons verblijf comfortabel te maken.

De doucheranden bevatten wat schimmelsporen. In de badkamer graag nog een rekje voor toiletgerief op te plaatsen.

Das Apartment ist genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist wirklich die Lage - nur 7 Minuten zu einem sehr schönen Strand und auch in die Altstadt nur knappe 15min. In der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls sehr schön.

An manchen Stellen empfanden wir das Apartment durchaus als etwas renovierungsbedürftig - der Toilettensitz ist komplett lose und auch die Dusche könnte neue Fugen gebrauchen (die aktuellen sind leider schwarz verschimmelt). Wenn man den Wasserkocher anschalten will, fliegen die Sicherungen der ganzen Wohnung raus, sodass man ihn leider nicht bedienen kann.. Die Ausstattung könnte ebenfalls besser sein - es gibt nur 2-3 tiefe und flache Teller, ein Weinglas und nur einen Topf. Auch wäre es schön, wenn es bei einem längeren Aufenthalt möglich wäre, die Handtücher gewechselt zu bekommen oder zumindest zusätzliche Strandtücher zu haben, da keine Waschmaschine vor Ort ist. Ebenfalls war die Kommunikation mit dem Personal etwas schwierig (man bekommt keine Antworten auf die gestellten Fragen, sondern auf ganz andere Fragen..)

Very good location, 5-7 min to the beach, big supermarket nearby. 8-15 min to the beautiful old town, very easy and pretty walk. Very good aircon, fridge with freezer is a big plus. Good size apartment for two people. The hosts did reply quickly when we complained about the neighbors making a lot of noise in the middle of the night.

The room has very poor soundproofing. You can hear everything, absolutely everything. Both from the outside, the hall and the neighboring room. 1 towel for 8 days is not enough, and there should have been more cloths, and a broom to clean up. Could also been more kitchen supplies. And also the garbage, did not like that at all - the guest need to empty all the waste, plastic, glass before leaving. Hosts did not answer a request about having the apartment until 11:00 am, had to write several times to get an answer.

The beds were comfortable

When we arrived on Sunday 21 september the warm water was not working and it was impossible to shower. It was fixed the next morning. If we put the kettle on, the electricity would trip on the power breaker so all the lights would go off. I mentioned it to the host and they didn't respond on this complaint. I also stated that the coffee machine was not working and that was not addressed. The elevator is tiny, my walker had to be folded so it could fit in the elevator. The lock of the large bedroom was not working and the couch in there was dirty. The kitchen is to small. 4 people can not sit together. There are no hooks in the bathroom but a small rusty rack for your towels. In the large bedroom they can easily set some furniture like comfortable chairs or a clean normal couch.
