Apartament piękny w świetnym położeniu serdecznie polecam

Luxusní ubytování, parkování v podzemní garáži, čistota, vybavení, okamžité reakce pronajímatele, lokalita kousek od historického centra, potraviny za rohem.

Nic

Beautiful clean modern spacious apartment. Walking distance into old town of Gdansk. We arrived early and apartment was free. Staff very friendly and efficient at reception office. Had a wonderful stay at this apartment and Gdansk. Highly recommend it.

The apartment was roomy, very clean, had all necessary utensils. For 35 euros we got a babyset - travel cot, baby bath and high chair, which were useful.

We didn't get in the apartment at 16 and I called. We had initially said we were arriving at 20, but due to change in our plans, arrived already at 12. I informed them through Booking over a week before, they acknowledged it and even said that if early check in is possible, they'll let us know. So we were very unpleasantly surprised after 16 when we didn't get in the apartment and when I called, they just stated that there has been a mistake in their system and people are still cleaning. No actual apology or any reimbursement. Very uncomfortable when travelling with a 8 month old baby. We got the instructions for getting in at 17.38.
