The apartment is an old family home, so if you're looking for the authentic Old Town Kotor experience, this is the perfect place! It is in the middle of the Old Town, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and places of interest. It offers wonderful views of the Old Town, and from the balcony of its small terrace, there are perfect views of the Kotor Fortress and the Church of Our Lady of Health. The apartment is on the fourth floor; there is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs, but the owners help you. It is very spacious and well-equipped, with two bedrooms and air conditioning in the master bedroom... the bathroom is small but fully equipped; there are laundry facilities if you need to do a wash, a full kitchen, and a dining area... they provide drinking water, coffee to brew, and some snacks. Margarita is the owner and a super friendly person; she helps with whatever you need and even let me stay a little longer after check-out, so I could fit in some last-minute shopping... thanks, Margarita!

I had an amazing stay at Margarita’s apartment in Kotor. She was a terrific host who allowed me to check in early, had snacks, and brought me extra water and even a bottle of wine. Excellent communication throughout my stay. The apartment is in the perfect location, is the entire fifth floor, with amazing views of old town. Extremely spacious, with a large kitchen, second bedroom/living room. Highly recommended as the perfect place to explore Kotor.

It was on the top floor and no lift. But you soon got used to it!

It was a very cute flat with very beautiful and cozy decor. The hostess was a wonderful person who made the trip even more delightful. There were uno cards in the apartment which we really enjoyed. The flat was pretty clean and had an amazing view and atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place.
