The location was ideal for us as it was next to the bus station. For a visit to Monschau without taking the car, it was so easy.
No proper restaurant on site. The Vinothek was fine for snacks but we had to walk into town for a good evening meal.

We liked the atmosphere, the super nice room and restaurant and the excellent breakfast
Nothing really - it was a very pleasant stay

Excellent in every aspect. We were only staying for 1 night on the way to the Black Forest but would be very happy to stay again. Easy check in, good parking, very helpful staff, lovely room which was quiet even though it overlooked the main street (which wasn't very busy anyway). Lovely meal in the open rooftop restaurant and good breakfast. Really nice location suitable for exploring the Eifel area.
Nothing to dislike

Excellent Hotel with safe parking. Room was first class with a big double bed and nice bathroom. We ate in the restaurant and had a great Pizza. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices.
