Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, sauber und super gut ausgestattet. Das Check in hat einfach und gut geklappt. Das Ambiente ist super!

酒店装修很好，很舒适，设施都很棒。还可以自己准备晚餐。，但是酒店附近没有买东西的地方，只能在便利店买。。或者可以在市区里买好带进来。

酒店位置稍微偏里面一点，有一个很大很大的坡，我怀孕了，实在爬不动，有点累。入住的时候，看到厕所门口有一只死掉的很大的蟑螂。

The property was absolutely stunning, and we loved the overall design and aesthetic. It had a very modern feel while still incorporating elements of traditional Japanese style and authenticity. The open-plan living and dining area was bright, airy and beautifully designed. The combination of concrete and beech wood throughout worked incredibly well and gave the property a stylish yet warm feel. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bathrooms were sensational, with the wet room and bath being one of the real highlights of the property. The Marshall sound system was another lovely touch and added so much to our stay. Despite the speakers being relatively small, the sound carried beautifully throughout the apartment. The location was also excellent. The apartment was around a 10-minute walk from the main shopping and dining street, and there was a 7-Eleven just a few minutes away, which was extremely convenient. We bought our breakfast there the night before and made good use of the excellent cooking facilities in the apartment. The property was also very close to both the bus and train stations, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating. They responded very quickly to any questions we had, both before and during our stay, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, staying at this property was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Hakone in a few years’ time.

The design was great. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was very clean.

The futons were TERRIBLE. No thicker than 2 inches. Not fit to sleep on. There was no blind in the bedroom so light came in at 5:30am which was not good for sleep!
