The villa is semi-detached on one side.
First floor:
- Entrance
- Large living room with new corner sofa, TV, dining table
- Fully equipped open kitchen (4-burner induction hob with integrated hood, dishwasher, wine cellar, Nespresso machine, etc.)
- Bedroom 1 with 140cm bed and access to the terrace
- Bedroom 2 with 2 80cm beds that can be joined together to form a 160cm Queen Size bed
- Bathroom with corner bathtub
- Separate toilet
1st floor:
- Master suite with 160cm bed and shower room with WC
Fully air-conditioned villa: air conditioning in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms.
Garden:
- Fully fenced
- 6 x 3 metre swimming pool (unheated, open from May to September)
- Outdoor shower
