The apartment features a bright living room, 2 quiet bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace (right outside the front door, above the garage). You’ll also find 3 Smart TVs and free Wi-Fi. A free parking spot is available right outside the front door. Electric cars can be charged here at 11 kW using a Tesla Wall Connector. A safe is available for your valuables. (We assume no liability for its use or the contents.) For your safety, this non-smoking apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, and there is also a fire extinguisher in the stairwell.
