Linens, laundry soap, dish soap, and toiletries are also provided for the ease of getting you settled in and vacationing as soon as possible. This is a Non-Smoking, No E-Cigarettes & No Vaping Devices of Any Kind Condominium, No Pets Allowed (association rules).

We do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age to rent our 2nd Home.

During our busy season our weekly rentals, check in on Saturday at 3:00 pm

until the following Saturday and check out will be at 10:00 am.

Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring, Summer and Fall months.

Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental, 3 night minimum please inquire with us.

We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.
