Totul este ca și în poze , este nou totul.

The location of the property was exactly what we were after. The property was also fairly modern and everything worked. Parking was easy to arrange with the property owners and though not secure (locked away) was perfect for our needs.

The only real issue we had with the property was that it had advertised 3 beds and when we arrived it only had 2. We raised this with the owners and their response was not helpful, which was odd given they had been very helpful until that point. Their position was that we was wrong and even when I shared screenshots of the ad showing it stating 3 beds their response was to take it up with booking.com and that I could have booked their larger studio (next door) which had 2 bedrooms if I had needed more beds. It put a dampener on our stay as the property would have been absolutely perfect. Accepting that the listing had an error would have even helped but to make it our fault and being unwilling to try and help left a bad taste in our mouths.

Location was good, bus nearby, small neighborhood, shops and restaurants. The place is clean in a small alley, very safe. Everything feels new and fresh. Super easy check in and very attentive host

The AC is only in the living room so if you run it you need the door to bedroom open. The curtains in the living room were not great, it was hard to block the bright lights from the outside. The double bed was so so

A very pleasant and spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The parking space is paid, but very convenient. A great base for exploring Bologna!
