The living area also includes an open kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking and breakfast.
On cold days, the additional, beautiful designer gas fireplace makes it really warm and cozy. This feature is available from early October through late April.
The modern living room features a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, a table with six chairs, and a large HD satellite TV with German channels.
In the cozy bedroom with a double box-spring bed and direct access to the bathroom and walk-in closet, there is also a second bedroom on the opposite side, ideal for children (bunk beds) or adults, where the second bathroom is located. A staircase leads up to the loft, where the third bedroom is located—it does not have full headroom (kids will love it here).
The garden is completely fenced in, making it ideal for children and dogs to play (equipped with a garden table and 6 chairs; there is also a lounge area on the rooftop terrace)
Of course, the “Cube Royale” has a private, free parking space right outside the door.
