Sunny and spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 90 m²) in a great location: quiet and only about 900 meters from the piazza and the historic district. The Lido, with its sandy beach and playground, is a 7-minute walk away. There is a heated pool in the basement. Each room has its own balcony. Beautiful, large west-facing balcony. The kitchen features a dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, and grill. Parking available in the underground garage.
Quiet location yet central to many recreational activities such as water sports, hiking, golf, tennis, and cycling. Locarno is a 10-minute bike ride away. There are plenty of maps and hiking tips on the living room shelf.
Child-friendly apartment for children over 2 years old. High chair available, but no crib.
Bike parking spaces near the covered building entrance.
Beautiful view of Monte Verita from the large west-facing balcony; small balconies facing east.

Nice apartment, well equipped at super location.

We absolutely loved our stay in Ascona. We enjoyed meeting the owner, Ida, upon check-in. She explained the features of the apartment and the communal laundry facilities. The apartment had everything we needed. The balcony gave us a splendid view over the rooftops to the hillside development and the mountains beyond. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, promenade, bakery, groceries, and bus stop. We hope to return soon!
