The apartments are absolutely fantastic and fully equipped for a comfortable stay! The kitchen literally has everything you need: a microwave, toaster, full set of dishes, and coffee, so we were able to cook meals at home without any trouble.
There is also a washing machine and a drying rack with clothespins, which was a huge plus for us.
Everything was sparkling clean, modern, and very beautiful. The host was incredible—super helpful, always in touch, and explained everything we needed.
The location is great as well. The sea is just a 4-5 minute walk away, and there is a small grocery store nearby for everyday essentials. The beach is excellent with crystal-clear water and plenty of beach bars and cafes. Sunbed prices were very reasonable (in late September, we paid €10 for two sunbeds and an umbrella).
A short walk to the left brings you to Rafailovići with fantastic seafood restaurants. To the right, you can take a lovely 40-minute walk along the lit, paved promenade directly to Budva Old Town.
There is really nothing bad to say about the property itself, but future guests should be prepared for the walk back from the beach. Returning involves going uphill—first up a flight of stairs (equivalent to about 4 floors) and then a couple of minutes walking up a steep incline.
It isn’t terribly difficult, but it's important to keep in mind, especially for older travelers or people with mobility issues. I stayed with my mother (who is in her early 60s), and we just took a short breather halfway up.

Квартира в новом доме, оформлена в дизайнерском стиле, очень уютная и стильная. В интерьере продумана каждая мелочь: оригинальные вазочки, камешки, картины. Квартира подходит и для продолжительного проживания, и для короткого отпуска. В квартире есть ну буквально все: кухня укомплектована полностью, в комнатах телевизоры, удобная широкая кровать в спальне, уютный диванный уголок. С лоджии действительно вид на горы и море. Любезные хозяева нас встретили, об’яснили и показали, отвечали на все вопросы во время отпуска.
На обратном пути с пляжа действительно надо немного пониматься в горку. Но за это не снижаем оценку, так как это особенность Черногории.
