この家 について
Cozy two-bedroom half-timbered house, ideal for up to 4 people. Please note: As with traditional half-timbered houses, the rooms are compact and lovingly cozy—character and charm included.
Let yourself be enchanted by the beautiful old town of Duderstadt.
This beautifully renovated half-timbered house (a listed historic building) offers plenty of space for 2 people. It’s located right in the heart of Duderstadt’s old town and is available for your exclusive use. There are no landlords or subtenants, ensuring your privacy. The first floor features a cozy living room with a large TV, a comfortable couch, and an armchair. The dining table with two chairs is perfect for sharing meals together. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances. Here you’ll also find a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and an oven at a convenient eye level, as well as a dishwasher. This floor also features a small guest restroom, which houses the washing machine.
The upper floor is accessed via an old wooden staircase. All rooms are easily accessible via the hallway on this floor. There is also a closet here. This floor features a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and an additional TV. The bathroom on this level is equipped with a bathtub.
Bicycles can be parked in the small courtyard (5 square meters) next to the house. There are also 2 chairs and a small table here so you can enjoy your coffee outside.
The house includes a covered parking space located about 150 m away.
