Excellent location in an area that felt safe. The apartment was clean and very tidy and the host had left some bottles of water in the fridge, which was a really nice touch. Plenty of sheets and towels and a fully equipped kitchen area, including microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge and oven. Air conditioning was good with an additional fan for the mezzanine bedroom. The host contacted us to check everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. No issues with noise, despite being a lively area (although that is also helped by being on the top floor).

The apartment is up 4 flights of spiral staircase, so difficult to navigate with a suitcase. The lower level of the apartment is more compact than I imagined once the sofa bed is set up, but absolutely fine for a couple of nights and the photos are a fair reflection of the apartment.
