It’s an enchanting hideaway where you can relax before uncovering one of the city’s most historic neighbourhoods, home to the 19th-century Église Saint-Augustin and enduring grandeur of Madeleine...

Situated on the top floor, the living room expertly marries soulful colour and contemporary furniture within a period framework. Uplifting accents of yellow, striking wall art and two white linen sofas bring a warm, inviting feel to this eye-catching space.

DINING ROOM
Playful pendant lighting and sketch artwork bring a distinctly artistic flavour to the light-filled dining room, offering space for seven guests.

KITCHEN
Dark and distinguished in shades of midnight grey and hunter green, the spacious fully equipped kitchen nimbly showcases this property’s wealth of period charm with its original wood floors and double-height ceilings. A chic charcoal breakfast table offers further space for dining.

BEDROOMS
Situated on the top floor, high ceilings lend a grandiose feel to the principal suite, vibrant with its feature walls and equipped with a plush king-sized bed. Restful in magnolia with corniced ceilings, the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, a desk and large flat-screen TV. Adjoining this room, the third bedroom is adorned with contemporary furniture and hosts a single bed and en-suite bathroom discreetly partitioned by a glass divider. An artist’s studio by day, the final bedroom suite is located on the ground floor and offers a double sofa bed. A laundry room can also be found across the hallway from this room.

BATHROOMS
Capacious in size and seamlessly incorporating clever contrast with its sky blue walls and white tiles, the bathroom in the principal suite offers a bath, walk-in shower, double wash basin and toilet. Comprising a shower and wash basin, the second ensuite bathroom is blissful in white with gentle pops of amber that add a soulful finish.
