Modern beautifully designed appartment with a view in the heart of old town Rovinj! It is close to the restaurants, shops and the sea. Swimming is a block away as are beautiful bars and cafes to watch a sunset. The owners are great ,very accommodating and quick to help.

It has 3 flights of stairs so bring medium to small suitcases. However that is a small price to pay for an amazing view.

We had a clean, comfortable stay with everything we needed, including a washing machine, drying rack, well-equipped kitchen, and even coffee pods—making it feel like a home away from home. The view was incredible.

Schön eingerichtete Unterkunft,geräumig mit Meerblick. Besonders gut haben mir die Betten gefallen.Hotelbett Qualität. Das Hailight war das Feuerwerk.Mann konnte es direkt vom Fenster genisen.

Es gibt einige Treppen die zu besteigen sind(Dachboden/4stock). Das Welan hat nicht auf Anhib funktioniert(Die Zugangsdaten haben nicht funktioniert) Der Ruter ist gut versteckt. Die Schalusinen sind an der Auseneand befestigt und lassen sich mit viel Mühe und Geschick lösen

Location was very good. Parked in zone 4 for €7 a day. This is cheap for that area. Short walk to the property.

Shower was not draining properly, had to remind them twice to get it fixed. We were also missing a bed sheet for the mattress. It came the following morning. One of the towels provided smelled a bit dump, but the rest were ok. No lift to the fourth floor, was not a problem for us, but something to take note if you are elderly.
