Very convient location; easily accessible to Venice by train/bus, walkable to grocery store, but in a quiet enough area. Enough space and comfortable enough for my group during our stay!
There was a cockroach in the cabinet and the bathroom floor was always mysteriously wet in the morning ?? (Like there was a possible leak somewhere?)

There was a lot off space. 2 rooms and a sitting area. A place where you could eat.
The kitchen, we could not use. It was old and need to be replaced and there where a lot of insects.
