The staff was very helpful, pleasant, polite and relaxed. I attribute this partly to the 2 ladies who seemed to be CO-managers, the name of one is AGNES. While the neighborhood is not great, the location is VERY convenient and a 5 minute walk to the train station and the excellent FREE trams and transit in Luxembourg...plus one or two excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood, in particular the next street, Rue De Strasbourg.

The location was great, easy to walk to everything. Shopping mall beside the property as well as shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance from the train station.
