Fatanstic place. Ok so the mirror and peep hole is a little high for shorter people. Its clean, quite and staff are amazing. We booked the penthouse studios. Everything worked. We would stay again. Although we could not access the balcony for one our rooms as door was locked which was a shame.

Clean room. Breakfast was good. Quiet. Plenty of dining and shopping selections nearby. Only a few minutes walk to the train station. We only had one staff member who was a little rude when we asked about them refilling the complimentary water in the lobby. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

There is one issue I would like to bring to the attention of Premier Suites: for North American travellers who need to check out before 7 or 6 am, it would be preferable that someone is at the reception desk and that the elevator is running. Leaving the hotel using the fire exit (staircase and exit via gym) is uncomfortable to say the least.

Great location. Spacious room, and a kitchen so you could make your own breakfast and snacks. Dining table and arm chair. Comfy beds. A little tired looking but clean. We were very happy.
